Gnocchi with artichoke cream, pancetta and smoked scamorza
Ingredients
Gnocchi mix prontofresco
Tuttocarciofi prontofresco
Pancetta
Smoked scamorza
Olive Oil
Parsley
Prepare the gnocchi following the instructions on the container.
Cut the pancetta in juliennes and toss it with a bit of oil, add the artichoke cream and a bit of water from the gnocchi.
Cook the gnocchi, drain them off and toss with the sauce.
Add the diced smoked scamorza and parsley, then serve. Enjoy
Asparagus Lasagna
Ingredients
Fresh pasta
Bechamel sauce
Crema ai 4 formaggi prontofresco
Tuttasparagi prontofresco
White asparagus tips prontofresco
Boiled eggs
Cooked ham
Fresh diced tomatoes
Basil
Mozzarella
Grated Parmigiano
Prepare the bechamel sauce as usual, add the tuttasparagi and the crema ai 4 formaggi.
Prepare the lasagna, alternating the pasta, the bechamel, the sliced boiled aggs, the ham, the tomatoes and the basil.
Complete the top with a touch of mozzarella and grated parmigiano. Cook it in the oven for about 25 minutes. Enjoy!
