This unique condiment is an ancient typical recipe of the Garda region, in northern Italy. These selected olives are pressed with freshly harvested lemons. The result is a refined extra virgin olive oil, that has the vivacious taste of Garda's lemons and the delicate taste of one of the best italian oils. Its colour is bright green with golden accents. Pouring a few drops of this fine product is an interesting way to confer to any meal the freshness of italian spring.
