This D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil is produced with mainly Coratina olives. These hand-picked olives are cold-pressed, in granit mills, which makes a fresh oil, fragrant with a harmonic balance. Its golden green colour is completed with a strong fragrance. The flavor of "Terra di Bari" is intensely fruity, with a decisive after-taste of almond and a hint of bitterness. it is recommended for bruschetta, salads and grilled vegetables.
