The "Fragranza Nostrana'' extra virgin olive oil is the result of the selection of sicilian olives, such as Nocellara, Cerasuola and Biancolilla. It is a pure and valuable liquid, that is not filtered after its preparation, in order to preserve its original fragrance and natural taste. Having an acidity level of only 0,5%, ''Fragranza Nostrana'' is a very delicate product, with a fruity and lightly spicy taste, and also a decisive fragrance of olives. Its green colour with a golden accent gives a pleasant touch to many dishes, such as uncooked vegetables, fresh meat or fish courses.
