The 'Rombo' balsamic vinegar is the proof of Bellei's quality and tradition. This product is aged in wooden barrels, giving its particular, balanced and harmonic aroma to this fine liquid. Its taste is intensely sweet and sour. Being 12 years old, this vinegar is indicated to accompany vanilla ice cream, to garnish fruit such as strawberries, or to be matched to fine cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano.
