The 'tradizionale' balsamic vinegar is made from cooked grape must. It is then matured through a very slow process. Afterwards, it is fermented and aged in wooden barrels. Its dark brown and shiny colour is accompanied by balsamic vinegar's typical fragrance sweet and sour, balanced with a hint of acidity that makes this product an ideal element for the preparation of sauce, fish and meat courses. It also can be served with fresh fruits or fine cheeses.
