This excellent balsamic vinegar, black label, is aged in barrel for 8 years and has a typically balanced sweet and sour taste. Savory and velvety, it is a seasoning that is excellent for grilled meats and to garnish fine cheeses, such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Taleggio or Pecorino.
