Terra Di Bari PDO

This PDO extra virgin olive oil is produced with olives typically found in the Bari region:  Coratina (80%) and Ogliarolo (20%).  Fresh and fragrant, its green colour with yellow accents, evoke its intensely fruity taste, as well as its bitter and spicy after-taste, which enhances the savouriness of foods.  Is is ideally served on salads, meats, pizzas, bruschetta and grilled vegetables.
