GRACO

HISTORY OF GRACO

In the Italian region of Apulia, at the centre of a great valley that goes from the higher Daunia Preappennines towards the plains of the Tavoliere, olive groves with centennial old olive trees extend as far as the eye can see. This is Torremaggiore, a pleasant town that was built around the Benedictine Abbey.

In this territory, distinguished by an ancient agricultural vocation,Mr Sabino Angeloro and his wife, Maria Costanza Bosco, founded the Graco farm. It was 1995 and the aim was clear:  producing the typical products of their town in a way that respected the local traditions while focusing on high quality products.

Thanks to these principles, Graco has won several prizes in various international events over the years.

The company is divided into three productive areas: the first is used to press olives, and includes continuous cycle oil mills; the second is a laboratory created to make handcrafted products and the third a warehouse, perfect to store and package the oils.Graco has been a member of Corporazione dei Mastri Oleari Oil Masters Corporation) since 1997.
