Pestato di funghi

The pestato di funghi is a delicious condiment made of mixed minced mushrooms, (champignons, pleurotus ostreatus mushrooms, porcini mushrooms) . The taste is delicate and well balanced, the colour is a nice natural brown.

This condiment is perfect for pasta and rice, meats, fish, boiled vegetables, eggs, warm crostini, pizza, stuffings for meat and pasta courses.  Try it mixed  with plain butter or chicken stock and grated Reggiano Parmesan cheese on a good pasta.
